The Casebook is an irregularly-published journal (it's meant to be a monthly, but you know how those things are) of the doings, publications, and interests of a bunch of (mainly) West Coast mystery writers.
Each issue will also have extra stuff, perhaps a special offer on one of the Ops' books; perhaps a letter from one of our readers, properly sanitized, expergated and Bowdlerized; perhaps a short essay on something to do with writing or publishing mysteries, freely contributed, with a minimum of arm-twisting, by one of the Ops, .
The Ops so far are:If you want to find out where we'll be speaking or signing, what books we have out and where to get them, what we're griping about this month, or generally what's happening in the world of mystery and suspense publishing, sign up for the Casebook and be the first on your block. Unless you're the second.
Also the Casebook will be offering for sale autographed copies of the authors' various works as they become available, or will let you know what bookstore in your area has copies.
It's free, and will be sent email to anyone who is interested and who has an email address. To sign up to receive The Casebook, send an email to continentalops@earthlink.net
